Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Very cozy and clean apartment! Convenient location, within walking distance of one of the large markets of Odessa (Kievsky). It is convenient to get to the clean beach of Odessa. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for life. Personally, I felt like I was home. Loved staying at Andrei’s place in Odesa. It was super central, hidden in a quiet inner courtyard and had all the things you need for a restful stay. Andrei was welcoming, friendly and very helpful during my stay. A definite recommendation!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and bright with a balcony. With a gorgeous sea view. The main beach clubs and disco of Ibiza and Itaka are 7-8 minutes by foot. Pavel is a very responsible owner, he sent detailed instructions with a photo of how to get there. It turned out to be possible to make a late check-out without additional payment. When needed, he quickly got in touch and gave good advice. I liked everything!

The location is very convenient to the sea, Arcadia and various entertainment. The territory of the complex is closed, there is a guarded parking. The apartment matches the photos. Recommended.

Maksym was a great host. The view of the Black Sea is amazing! The apartment is brand new, and is a 15 min walk from all the night life. We would come back again! The safe was a plus for passports.
