We were very satisfied with Andrey's stay. Everything is clean, neat and beautiful. Andrei is very responsive. And helped in all matters that we asked. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The health and sea trail is within easy reach. The owner is also great, quickly resolved any issue, very polite. We are very satisfied with the apartment.

The apartment is comfortable and cozy and cozy, with quality plumbing. The apartment had everything you needed - linen, dishes, appliances. Paid parking was a little confused by the entrance of the 90s - with peculiar guards and parking along the fence in the bushes. But this does not spoil the overall impression of the apartment. I recommend staying here

Simply great, everything was top-notch. From initial communication to check-in process. Great location, great clean spacious apartment, reasonably priced. Overall a very positive experience. If you are looking to spend time near Gagarinn Plaza, Arkadia and need an apartment, this is a great option. I would book this again without hesitation.

The apartment had everything you need for your stay : dishes, appliances. The view from the window is incredible, at sunrise. There is an opportunity to put a car in the underground parking - for an additional fee.

Very nice and cozy apartment with freshly renovated. There is everything you need, a 24-hour pharmacy nearby, a tram, a minibus. The arcadia is 10-15 minutes by foot. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, it can be seen that the locals live here. A couple of small disadvantages - there is no hair dryer and the appearance of the entrance, but this is not critical and I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for checking in early and checking out a bit late! Cute and cozy apartment after fresh renovation. Close to shops, supermarket and pharmacy. Also Arcadia beach 10-15 mins far away by feet. Quiet area, locals live here. Couple of drawbacks - no fan and an old entrance but you'll use to it. Excellent host. Highly recommend.

Great location of the apartment, within walking distance there are many entertainment, shops , restaurants, cafes and shopping centers. The sea is literally a few steps from the property, this is the closest location in Arcadia. The host is friendly and responsible , the check-in went well. Inside the property is all necessary for a comfortable stay, very cozy and good. Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location. There is a large shopping mall nearby, a promenade for walking, as well as restaurants and shops. A Silpo and La Silpo supermarket are just around the corner. It’s perfect for a stay in both cold and warm seasons. The coastline is only a 5-minute walk away, offering beautiful views 🌊 The apartment is small but cozy and comfortable. Ideal for 1-2 people (though three can fit as well). There is a kitchen with all the essentials, a washing machine, and an iron - very convenient. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Due to the horrendous situation in the Ukrainian at the moment we were unable to actually stay with our hosts. What I can say is our booking was acceptable quickly and communication with our hosts was immediate. The residence looks fantastic and one day soon we will visit and meet these brave, strong people!
