We have a very convenient geographical location of the house. 1.5 km (about 15-20 minutes walk) to Kiwi Beach and Ship Beach Restaurant. Other famous restaurants, beaches and places of recreation are also nearby. On the ground floor of our house there is a supermarket "Santim", bakery "Strudel", zoological market, pharmacy, beauty studio

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of the new Paris residential complex (2014). Pleasant surroundings, warm tones, sunshine, unforgettable views from panoramic windows, sunsets and sunrises. This will undoubtedly leave you welcome! The apartment is on French Boulevard, 15 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the beaches. Near the house is a wonderful cafe: make my cake, Strudel, Kompot. There's a running track right near the house! Or the Health Trail! Everything is super close by and comfortable.

Luxury apartment! We were the first to live there, so we are extremely impressed with how much Yuri put his heart and soul there! The repair is good! There were nuances about toilet paper and the rest of the details, but Yuri fixed everything)) The only thing I don't fully understand is why Enimal friendly, but accept animals until 8kg. Although Yuri went to meet us and welcomed us with a big dog after the surgery! We are extremely grateful for the comfortable 5 days at your place! Good luck! If I went to Odessa again, I would definitely come back here if we accepted a large dog again))

This is an incredibly comfortable and stylish apartment. The apartment has everything, absolutely, even for animals, they left utensils. In the morning, 7 minutes and you are on the beach, 2 minutes to Silpo and ATB. We had a great time, we recommend it to everyone, especially those who have dogs.

They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

Very nice and cozy apartment with freshly renovated. There is everything you need, a 24-hour pharmacy nearby, a tram, a minibus. The arcadia is 10-15 minutes by foot. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, it can be seen that the locals live here. A couple of small disadvantages - there is no hair dryer and the appearance of the entrance, but this is not critical and I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for checking in early and checking out a bit late! Cute and cozy apartment after fresh renovation. Close to shops, supermarket and pharmacy. Also Arcadia beach 10-15 mins far away by feet. Quiet area, locals live here. Couple of drawbacks - no fan and an old entrance but you'll use to it. Excellent host. Highly recommend.
