Hiking in the Rottal directly from the front door, e-biking, swimming in beautiful lakes - everything is possible. Let your mind wander on the large terrace. Excursions to the Allgäu, Lake Constance, Center Park or the most famous thermal spas are all between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. Only 7 minutes to the A7. Mühlhausen is about 7 km from Bad Waldsee, about 11 km from Bad Wurzach and about 15 km from Biberach/Riss. Parking available outside the house. Bus connections to Biberach and Bad Wurzach. Shops are in Oberessendorf, Eberhardzell, Bad Waldsee,.... Unfortunately, there are no Shopping and Restaurants in Mühlhausen. Amenities: kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, double bedroom, cot adjustable. In the living room there are two sofa beds and a single bed.

Stay comfortably near Biberach/Riß

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the first floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location. The market square is a 3-minute walk away.

Our place is in Ochsenhausen, close to Biberach an der Riss, Ulm and Memmingen. You'll love our place because of the cozy apartment in a very friendly neighborhood. The view from our balcony to the historic monastery complex and the shopping facilities within walking distance is also particularly beautiful. The place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers/fitters, and families (with kids, too).
