Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean Park, Santurce

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Thank you again Carlos looking forward to come back and staying at Villa Estrella.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, the check-in and check-out process was super easy and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Dara’s place was just as described and pictured. Love that Dara provided beach chairs, umbrella, and even a cooler. That was such a huge convenience for me! Dara was very responsive and proactive when I mentioned that there was an issue with the cold water. She sent someone to fix it the very next morning. She even offered me a late checkout even though I didn’t need it. Thank you for a great stay Dara!

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

My family and I stayed at Dara’s place for 5 days and we felt right at home it was close to everything and anything we needed Dara was quick with a response. It felt like our home away from home with our own back patio to relax in when it rained or the nice size living in the front, If we ever come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely be staying here again! What a pleasure it was to experience San Juan with Paloma’s place as a base camp! There is an enchanted feel to old San Juan and Paloma’s place captures that in her creative and comfortable space. Bed was super comfortable as well. Thanks for helping make our visit special!

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

We had the chance to stay at Arenas's studio apartment on our first trip to PR! Our flight was late at night so we appreciated the straight forward check in process. The apartment was very clean and had some amenities to make our stay cozy! The AC was also a treat to welcome us whenever we came back to home base. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable!!! If you love the beach, this is the best place! We loved that there were so many restaurants within walking distance; it was hard to choose!. We were easily able to Uber into Old San Juan and some excursions near El Yunque. The outdoor patio was perfect for drinking coffee, a beer and playing cribbage. We are hoping to visit this lovely country again soon!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues
