The location of this Airbnb was amazing!! Cheap Ubers and places to walk! Literal steps from the beautiful beach as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Puerto Rico!

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Loved my stay here , host was super responsive and helpful , place looked exactly like the pictures and very clean , beautiful area.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Francheska’s. Plenty of space for my group (we each had our own room) and we loved having the pool. We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Very clean and friendly neighborhood.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Glenys was a great host. Very attentive, and responds fast when needed. Location was amazing. The perfect distance outside of the touristy areas where you can get a local PR feel while still being around close to just about everything. Great stay overall.

This was a family vacation with my adult children and it was wonderful! Tommy and Kayla are exactly as described SUPER HOSTS!!! We truly enjoyed our stay at their home, it had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, very peaceful, and close to everything, especially the beach!!! They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and the entire trip was perfect due largely in part to Tommy and Kayla. We didn’t want to leave (LOL)! If I could give them 100 stars I definitely would, they deserve it!

This was my second time staying at Jesmir’s beautiful home, and it was just as magical as the first—if not more! This time, I had the joy of sharing the space with my mom, and she absolutely loved it too. Jesmir’s place has such a peaceful, welcoming energy and is always spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It truly feels like a home away from home. Feels like a home away from home. Host responded almost right away when I had trouble getting in and even seemed like she was on her way to the airbnb to help as soon as I texted her. Very responsive. Upon arrival, you are greeted by chicks and chickens. A beautiful quiet neighborhood. Very cozy and relaxing home. Fully stocked home with everything one would need. 10-15 mins away from the airport. Lovely home and an amazing host! Will be booking again for future stays.

Loved staying here. Close to everything & within walking distance. Loved the beach chairs & beach towels & outside shower to get sand off. The AC’s worked great. The outside porches are such a great plus. Hosts were always responsive & very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting my family.

5 Stars – Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Marcos was incredibly welcoming, the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. Hands down the best host we have had. His local recommendations were spot on and really helped us make the most of our time in the area. Had a whole itinerary of things to do directly in san juan and the outskirts. Even a list of recommendations. They are worth checking out. The space itself matched the listing perfectly, comfortable, and private as described. Even provided beach chairs and umbrellas without needing to buy a thing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and incredible experience.

We loved our stay at Luis Alberto and Jaime’s place! It was clean and just the right size for our honeymoon. The location was great. Calle Luiza has so many places to eat, and it was very walkable. We were able to walk to neighboring areas, but there is so much to do right around the apartment. I would recommend Coffeetera for morning coffee and Cueva Del Mar for the best seafood we had in Puerto Rico- both a five minute walk from the apartment. We loved it and would stay here again!

Beautiful place! I stayed here with my sister and toddler he’s 4 and it was just right! Not too big not too small.The room sizes are perfect and the beds are very very comfortable.The pool area is really nice.We had some great pool time and played the games.Even a lil smoking area which we enjoyed.The only thing that I wish was diff was the shower head :( After a long day of being in the sun you’ll want to end the day with a nice shower.Every thing else was super clean,VERY quiet,safe and easy to get around.Ubers between $6-$18.When I visit PR again I’ll be booking this place again!

Very clean felt like you where at home comfortable bed and pillows it was nice and welcoming all together

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Great host, easy check in, and very convenient location. Will definitely book again when returning to Puerto Rico.

So lovely. So close to everything in old San Juan, we walked everywhere! The house was very comfortable and the patio beautiful. I spent lots of time in the tub! Would definitely come back.

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.
