Spao Beach House is a family friendly beach house located in Trevally Drive, Ocean Grove. It's within walking distance to the beach, sports centre and shops. It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

Next to the beach in a quiet side street this 4 bedroom house offers everything for a relaxing weekend away or an extended stay over winter with both gas heaters and in built wood burning fire in the living areas.

Welcome to our lovely, spacious beach house for you to relax and enjoy Ocean Grove and explore the Bellarine. Located in a quiet street, a 15-minute walk (1.2km) to the beach & beachside cafe, hotel, and a few minutes from main shops and amenities. Perfect for 1 or 2 families, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. 3 bedrooms + 4th bunk room/movie room, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests. Relax in the spacious backyard, with large outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.

The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
