Vacation rentals with a pool in Ocean City

Lindsay and Andrew’s Summer Breeze home in Berlin met all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the pool, grill and outdoor amenities - which made it perfect for our family holiday weekend getaway. The house is well kept, comfortable, neatly stocked with all essential amenities as described and, is staged and modeled exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated a quiet retreat, off the beaten path, yet we had an easy and quick drive to stores, restaurants and to the Ocean City boardwalk. As hosts, they were very responsive and efficiently communicated what we needed to know in advance, making our stay easy and smooth. From the booking process to assisting us with a couple of adjustments, they did not hesitate to help us. If there is an opportunity for us in the future, we’d love to stay again. We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Pre stocked with toys made sure our kids were always happy! Pool out front was big, clean, warm and ultra convenient. Everything about the house was beautiful and nice. Very fast internet for OC and the garage was spacious. Beds in rooms were super comfy and laid out perfect. The HVAC system was also perfect, and did a great job of keeping everything comfy with no humidity. All in all, this place is great, and I will book in the future outside of peak season. Only average things were the jacked up rates during peak season in OC, and the bus stop being in close proximity to the building. However, the bus station is also a positive and is great if you don’t want to drive. I was somewhat shocked when we had to reschedule last year due to my wife having bulging and herniated C7 and C8 discs. The off season price was perfect! But the in/peak season price was almost triple the cost!!! I was just glad Krysten was accommodating and let us reschedule without loosing money.

Staying at this Airbnb was such a wonderful experience for our family. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt more like an extension of our home than a rental. Our 2- and 4-year-olds felt completely at ease and absolutely loved the space, which made the whole trip even more special and stress-free for us. The host was incredibly kind, caring, and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate every request with genuine warmth. The location was also perfect, the short walk to the beach made it the ideal spot for our family with kids. We truly didn’t want to leave!

We needed a small place to stay for a few days and this was the perfect place for the two of us; it was cozy, spotless, well equipped for all that we needed and the decor was beachy which was perfect for the area. Jacob was quick and attentive to any question we had - it was so quiet and peaceful outside. It was a perfect getaway for us - we would highly recommend to anyone needing a nice, quiet place in the future. Thank you!!!

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

Tammy’s place was a beautiful Airbnb that provided me and my friends a wonderful experience we loved how private and reserved the neighborhood is we also loved all the accommodations such as the walking distance to the pool and beaches.I would definitely visit here again.

We have rented Jennifer's home a few times for our coaches and it is always seamless!

This is the second year we stayed at this beautiful condo! Views of both ocean and the bay are spectacular!! Condo was clean and easy to access. Love the pool and beach! Close to great restaurants!! Margaret is a fantastic host!! Highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be back next year ❤️

Our stay was great... St Patty's weekend. there was alot to do and Chad was very responsive. the atmosphere was wonderful. a much needed break will recommend and book again.

Great place to stay in Ocean City! clean and wonderful place situated right off the beach secluded and quiet. had lots of beach materials for use. would stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo was well maintained and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and we loved being right on the beach! The pool very large and clean. The hosts were proactive, highly responsive, and allowed us to check in early. We also found the other condo guests to be very nice. We would love to revisit in the future!

Great oceanfront getaway in OCMD!

A mini vacation should be free of headaches and life's hustle, Although, That was not the case at the condo. The place was not cleaned properly, However this is the cleaners not Adam. When something is presented at a certain level, it should be truthful

Beautiful place with the best views!!! Great area. The pool was awesome and heated most days and with the cold/cloudy days we had, that was a treat especially for my daughter. It was never busy or crowded and had very friendly staff. All VERY nice families/couples stayed here- no noise or ruckus at night. Julie was responsive and quick. My only “concern” Would be no screen door on deck but luckily we didn’t get many flies/birds up that high (14th floor). Still I would have loved to sleep with the sliding door open listening to the ocean. It had two bed rooms and all was decorated nicely. We had such a GREAT time and absolutely LOVED Fountainhead and would definitely stay again!!

Richard was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. He went over and beyond! The place was very clean. It was walkable to a private beach and nearby ice cream, coffee, and restaurants. A quick walk to the bus station for an easy and cheap ride to the boardwalk. Loved the balcony and view of the pool. Easy parking also! Lots of parking available. Everything was very clean and smelled amazing too. Would absolutely recommend this home, we hope to stay here again in the future!
