Mike’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend away!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is conveniently located close to everything we needed- shops, restaurants, and attractions, especially the huge playground park just a short drive away. The space was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated how family-friendly the home was. They had a crib already set up for our 9-month-old, which made things so much easier for us. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again!

I enjoyed staying at this location. The view once you enter the condo is fantastic. Access to the beach and to other ocean city restaurants are great very walkable or very very short drive . The building is undergoing some kind of construction so when you walk into the building it’s clearly being worked on and is a bit dusty but once you get in the condo everything melts away. The condo also comes with some beach chairs and umbrellas.

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

Sea Colony is a beautiful resort in Bethany Beach. We were looking for a beach experience, so we didn't participate in the various activities - tennis! There is a fee of $55 per person on top of the AirBnB fee but there is much to offer for this fee. It is due when you check in. The unit has a balcony with a view of the beach. The bath has a tub which needs a bath mat to avoid slipping. Since the weather was perfect we didn't spend much time in the unit. Be sure to bring towels, wash cloths and linens. Kitchen has both K-cup and drip coffee makers.

The home was beautiful. Great host. would definitely rent from again. Thank you.

We were a group of 10 and spent Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids at Paul's place. The house was perfect with plenty of space, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The weather cooperated and we spent time walking, sitting and playing football on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul

I came with a group of friends, and I have to say, this Airbnb was pretty much perfect. Having two bathrooms was also extremely convenient. The condo was completely clean and had everything we needed, so we never had to go out to buy extra amenities. It was also very cozy and relaxing. I even fell asleep outside on the balcony because of how comfortable it was. The area felt really safe as well, so accidentally falling asleep outside or walking to the boardwalk was never an issue. I was a bit worried that the walk to the boardwalk would be far, but it was barely anything. There was also a lot of parking closer to the boardwalk if you really don't feel like walking. The host was also very responsive and checked in on us to see how we were doing. I would, without a doubt, come here again.

Karen was very accommodating and helpful. Extremely responsive and flexible. We could easily walk to the beach that had life guards during the day and my kids absolutely loved having access to the swimming pool.

Ray’s place was exactly as it was described. It was perfect for our night in Ocean City on our way to Outer Banks. It was quiet and comfortable for 2 couples and 2 kids. Plenty of space and well laid out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

We had an amazing time at Stevi's Island Cabana condo! The condo felt like our home away from home and we were sad to leave but can't wait to be back!

Great location with easy communication throughout the process.

The stay was great. Plenty of places to go and beach access right around the corner. The area was quiet and the apartment had everything we could want. Note for those not familiar with rentals in Ocean City. It is common for hosts to ask renters to bring bedding and essentials for their stay.

It was a really nice place. Perfect for our family. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the ocean views. We especially enjoyed the enclosed patio since we went during offseason and it was still cool outside, we were able to enjoy the beach without being out in the cold.

We enjoyed our stay at Pirates Cove. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and a simple to and fro for all of our crew. The home was an enjoyable, comfortable landing pad for our last week of summer vacation. We were easily able to bike into town to enjoy ice cream and shopping, head up to Rehoboth for Funland fun, and HH at Matt's Fish Camp right next door was perfect too! Thank You for having us, we look forward to coming back!

The location is perfect for getting to the beach daily, going out to eat, and shopping for daily needs. A short walk, less than a block, to the beach allows for frequent short trips back for lunch. Rick's Market, a PuttPutt, and ice cream are within walking distance. The house is large, and can easily sleep 13, so our group of 9 had plenty of room. The living room accommodated us as a group comfortably with 2 tables that can fit 6 each if desired, and plenty of couch space; however, the room was dimly lit. You kind of sank into the cushioned chairs at one of the tables, so I found myself sitting on the edge of my seat. The front screened in porch was a welcomed quiet spot. Bedrooms are spacious with storage available and extra blankets/pillows. The temperature inside was comfortable for all and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking except there were no rectangular casserole dishes. The price was a little expensive for 9 but we would rent again. Glad to have outdoor shower/dry rack.

Three us stayed for four days (two full ). The space was perfect for my husband and me and our grown daughter. Tow nice big bedrooms with their own baths, a comfortable living room and kitchen with absolutely everything you could need. The location was pretty, in a woods, and near the beach and all the restaurants and shops, along with nearby state parks. Jimena responded quickly when I booked and provided detailed, excellent instructions about the rental, the location, directions to get there, and local spots to visit. Jimena is an excellent host providing an excellent rental near the beach!

We had a terrific stay. The house had every amenity we could have wanted. Tons of space, lots of entertainment, big bathrooms and gorgeous outdoor space to relax and eat. He also provided linens (I didn’t realize many places do not do this). Ryan was super responsive and friendly in his messages. Highly recommend!

Stuart and Ross were excellent hosts. All communication was extremely friendly and timely both ahead of our stay (answering questions about the house and amenities) and throughout the week at Sea Splash when we had additional questions or needs. You can't beat the proximity of this home to the beach, just a short walk over the dune. We were able to watch the sunrise in the mornings from 3 different decks and the sunset from the 4th deck. Kitchen was way more stocked than any other airbnb I've stayed in which was a lovely surprise as we prepared most food ourselves. Super convenient hose and outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay again!
