Perfect for a family get away or a couple looking to have a romantic trip.

Only 5 minutes from the town and ferry, enjoy the nightlife and enjoy our large patio with seating for everyone. During the day, use our bikes to explore the island. Enjoy the beach with a short walk and the use of our chairs and umbrella. Quiet setting on a quiet block.

Great for friends or a family. House includes 4 bedrooms (3 with balconies), 1 and 1/2 bathrooms , kitchen, large deck with new outdoor furniture and BBQ, outdoor shower, large living room with dining area, wall unit air conditioners in each room. Bay views from upstairs bedroom balconies. House includes satellite tv, wi-fi, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, many toiletries, coolers, beach games and all sheets and linens (but no towels).

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
