Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and were pleased that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are beautifully sunny and the location is perfect for us. We just wanted to point out a few small things. The bedrooms could not be darkened. Additional curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine drain. We were able to get a makeshift grip on it with a rubber glove. The lower slide of the dishwasher is defective, making it difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi in the lower bedroom Apart from these small things, overall a recommendable and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG Zechengrund. Thank you very much for that. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

The cottage is just indescribably beautiful! Through the large windows you can look at meadows and forests, it is so wonderfully quiet that you just relax immediately. The underfloor heating makes it wonderfully warm and the cottage is very cozy due to the lots of wood. In the kitchen there is everything you need and it is really fun to cook something here and really nestle in. The lower bedroom is wonderfully cool and also has a wonderful view of nature and in the attic children get their money's worth and have their own little kingdom. There is a balcony and a terrace to really soak up and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the cottage you can hike through the enchanted forest, for example to the high moor of the small crane lake. We recommend this place 100%i and thank Tina and family very much for this great place.

A very nice and large apartment. Everything you need is available. Very chic bathroom and easy check-in. Easy communication if any questions came up.

We were very positively surprised and it exceeded our expectations. The AirBnB was very clean and had a very great ambience. We felt right at home.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

We really enjoyed the reassurance by the river and nature. And despite the idyllic surroundings, restaurants were easy to reach.

Very nice, quiet and cozy apartment with everything you need. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great location for excursions in the area and hikes. Communication, check-in and check-out were great and very straightforward. Gudrun is an incredibly warm and helpful host who provided us with good tips for excursions, etc. We felt completely comfortable and at home and would be happy to come back. The place is highly recommended!
