Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Since 2024, you can feel completely comfortable in Urbar near Oberwesel in our apartment with a large bathroom as well as a cozy living room and 2 bedrooms. On the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the sun with a unique view of open fields and meadows. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a parking space right outside the door. The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

Herzlich Willkommen am Fuße der Loreley, direkt am Rhein! Siebzig Quadratmeter zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen! In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Through the Rhine parks you can reach in approx. 15 minutes by bike to the city center. On the roof terrace, the day can then end wonderfully. The apartment is suitable for max. 4 people, with two beds in the living room (passage room) on the couch

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops for daily needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90 m² of a kitchen, dining area, spacious living room as well as a bedroom and bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm through the underfloor heating.
