The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Our treehouse near the forest on park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heated, queen-size air bed (203 x 152 cm) and provide you with bed linen. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on an open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity, and wifi. Sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping under the open sky, except that you don't get wet :-)

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes.
