Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes away by car. Ruhpolding is also the perfect starting point for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Apartment 30m² is divided by a partition in living room and bedroom with sofa and double bed. Small cozy kitchen and integrated seating area. And a bathroom. Included in the apartment price, the Saalachtaler Sommercard is so you can use the natural forces of Seisenberg and Vorderkaserklamm as well as the cable car free of charge. The card is from May to October.
