Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious terrace on the south side invites you to sunbathe or enjoy a cold beer in a cozy atmosphere.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Likewise welcome are dogs who feel "puddel comfortable" with us!
