Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

The charming house offers plenty of space, is spacious, cozy, warm and clean, is located in the middle of the Alps and is an ideal starting point for many activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, city tours... A huge well-kept garden with horizontal bars, swing and slackline make the stay a pure nature experience! Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house.
