Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The apartment welcomes you in the magnificent Westallgäu between Lake Constance and Alpenland. The apartment stretches over 100m² with a large, wraparound balcony with a magnificent mountain view of the high ridge and the Nagelfluhkette. We can accommodate up to 7 adults + baby + dog. There are two comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. Feurle's vacation home

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
