In addition to the balcony with a view of the Hochgrat, guests have unrestricted use of the idyllic garden. There is plenty of space here to relax, unwind, and enjoy child-friendly leisure activities. In addition, a playground and an outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. There is also a parking space right in front of the house.

Unsere Ferienwohnung in Oberreute ist ein idyllischer Rückzugsort für Naturliebhaber mit traumhafter Aussicht auf Berge und Natur. Der große Balkon lädt zu entspannten Morgenstunden oder Sonnenuntergängen ein. Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafsofa und ein Babybett. Ein gepflegter Garten sowie zwei Parkplätze (einer in der Tiefgarage) stehen zur Verfügung. Österreich ist in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar, und nahegelegene Restaurants bieten Bergblick.

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
