Our cottage is family friendly, is in the middle of nature. There are many beautiful bike and hiking trails. The town of St. Vith is only 5 km away for small errands. The race track of (Spa) Francorchamps is only 20 minutes away, and the lake of Bütgenbach is also only 25 minutes away. The property is 15 min away from Malmedy. You will benefit from private parking for free WiFi. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (French - Flemish - German channels) and an equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, as well as a stovetop. For extra comfort, the property offers towels and linen for an extra charge. The holiday home has a separate garage for up to 4 motorcycles. Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!
