Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Our second trip to Switzerland and this was our first stop on the trip. We were blown away with the view! This place has it all. Views out of every window, radiant heat, hiking trails galore and everything you need for comfort. The duvets were like giant, soft puffy clouds! There is a restaurant literally right outside your door and nothing else but trails to different locations. Be mindful that the gondola to get here on runs from 8:30am-5-30pm so plan accordingly or you'll have a grueling 1.5-2 hour walk from the bottom. You cannot get here by car. We loved that part! Another pro tip - The 10 minute walk from the gondola to the cottage is a gravel road. We had to drag our suitcases to and from. It's uphill back to the gondola. But none of that will matter when you see the views from the gravel path and the living room window! This place is heaven on earth. Bettina was always quick to respond and super friendly. She made everything seamless! Book it!!

Paul and Amy are great hosts who provide great recommendations. The chalet had wonderful amenities like pasta and sauce for us, ample kitchen supplies, free slippers, toiletries, etc. We got there the same day after an overnight flight and were exhausted. Having something easy to cook that was already provided was very appreciated. The view of the lake is beautiful. We had fun watching the Brienz Rothorn go up and down the mountain. It was very quiet at night to sleep. Had a chance to meet Paul who was super kind and welcoming. Great experience.
