Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. The house on the lake, my personal life's dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, bean bags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. The self-catering hut is located at about 1350 m above sea level. Particularly suitable for couples or families with up to max. 4 children. An ideal starting point for hikes on the Zirbitzkogel or child-friendly hiking trails start right outside the door. No single location, but large garden with terrace, a nice sauna, solar shower outside and additional dining area in the garden by the fireplace. The cabin is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately animals are not allowed.
