The Ocean Breeze in Belfast is a beautiful place. We stayed in the basement apartment. It is spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The price per night is no joke..its a great price and William is a great host. The upstairs is rented and you can hear footsteps, however its not bad . Watching the sunrise from the beach this morning was amazing. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or romantic getaway.

Great location to get away and relax with friends or family. Responsive and friendly host willing to answer any questions in a timely manner.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

The home was very welcoming and accommodating for our family of 5. The views were spectacular at sunrise, sunset and during the snowstorm. Bald Eagles and hawks would land in the trees right in front of the house. Also, there was a skating pond down the street my family love to visit almost each evening. There was an alarm going off as soon as we arrived, Debbi was incredibly fast responding and sending someone to check it out clear it up. On the plus someone came and plowed the driveway after the snowstorm it was great. She left a basket of local food and my family ate it up. We are so thankful for our relaxing week and would love to return.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

Just as described! Very clean. Far enough to feel private but still close to grocery stores, shops, and nearby towns! Lisa is great at communicating and it was a seamless process! Had a wonderful new year’s getaway!

Great cabin! Remote and beautiful. Hot tub was lovely. James was communicative and his folks took care of snow plowing right away after a storm. Would definitely stay again.

Katie’s spot is sweet as can be. Super value during the off season time we visited. Excellent place to mix up dining out (great options nearby) and cooking at home as the kitchen is quite well equipped. Not many reviews mention the bathroom which is spacious, has a window and a clean stand up shower. It was lovely to wake to birdsong and not much else after sleeping with the windows open. In the summer I expect it would be too warm, but in Spring was perfect. Katie was a gracious host, very responsive offering recos and was very responsive in general. The bed is suuuuuper comfy with nice soft linens, comfy pillows and a pillow top that draws you in for a deep nights sleep. 😴

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

Not only is Nicole a gracious host and cheerily responsive to questions, the space is adorable! Everything you need to be comfortable, in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown, including a very sweet harbor! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We came here off season and it was beautiful. The place was clean, spacious, and warm- even on a brisk Maine evening. Downtown Damariscotta is lovely at this time of year- they were getting the town ready for Christmas. Great restaurants as well. Would definitely return.

This was our second stay at the Cottrell House. The location can’t be beat. It’s nestled off the main street with access to the river while within easy walking to stores and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and clean. Lissette is a wonderful host.

This is my second time staying at this place. The place is nice with everything I needed. It is close to Camden, Rockport and Rockland. I would highly recommend.

I am one of a pair of women who took the space together during a summer weekend. We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this airbnb. Cannot say enough fabulous stuff about it! Attractive condo space- two large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one setup for each of us. I would say the condo size was average [I am sure she lists the actual footage somewhere],but we kept commenting how comfortable and fun the whole layout would be for a family or group of friends! It seemed like enough open space in the living room and kitchen for people to spread out comfortably and mingle; the living room has a fireplace and there are family games stored in the second bedroom. Decorated nicely, kitchen had any pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. we needed. Out the back was a beautiful view of the pond, visited often (in the summer) by a family of ducks. A/C made us very comfortable. Win, win, win! No, we are not related to the owner! Cheers.

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's condo. It was cozy, clean and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend Heather's place to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor.

Accurate listing as far as the space/amenities go. Hard to say it's truly ski on/ski off as there's a bit of a walk to the Sawduster lift (2-chair that brings you to the base lodge) 5-10min. $1450 for 2 nights in the spring time ( reggae fest) felt a bit much we booked late. Lots of instructions to follow but that seems like all AirBnBs these days.

This unit was really comfortable for 7 guests. Being right on the Snubber trail was nice. A bit of a hike up to the mid-station to get on, but not too bad since it's relatively flat and much faster than skiing to the bottom to ride the Snubber lift. A real fireplace with plenty of dry wood was a plus.

Great place to stay while visiting my son at Colby College. Less than 10 minutes from campus. Clean, quiet, with all the necessities. Be sure to go to Shelby's Deli for lunch! The only reason not to write an amazing review is I want to be able to book it again when I visit haha!

Had an excellent stay at this wonderful condo on the mountain. Clean, easily accessible and well furnished! (The chocolates were a nice touch!)

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.
