Located between Boothbay, Damariscotta, & Wiscasset, 1 mile from Route 1 and 27, on 13 acres, abutting 100s of acres of preserve land - provides the best of both worlds - peaceful woods, but less than 15 minutes from restaurants, shops & activities, plus, dedicated WiFi /2 Smart TVs. While dogs are welcome we can’t host feline guests due to allergies.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 6 comfortably, 8 with use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible with a wide range of amenities for disabled. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building.
