It has in the lower part a large kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom, on the top floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, this floor with exit to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort area.
