Gorgeous views of the sea. Extremely private. We loved the outdoor space, especially the veranda, the sun chairs & umbrellas. You need a car but It is an easy 5 min drive to the closest beach with plenty of free parking even in high season. The house is a good size for 2 families (4 teen/preteen kids) but the 2 apts are not equal. The downstairs apt is small and 1 of the 2 bedrooms is very small w no a/c. The 2 families primarily used the upstairs apt and the older kids slept in the downstairs apt, using that living room as a bedroom. We didn’t use the 2nd small pool at all. A couple flags - In high season, on the weekend, it took well over an hour to go from lefkada port to the villa. While google maps predicted about 4.5 hour drive from Athens airport, it took us more like 7 hours (8 with stops). To access the villa, you must drive along a gravel path, which is poorly maintained with a few deep holes. Drive very slowly to avoid damaging your car. That said, it’s well worth it!

Very nice and friendly people! Can't recommend this place more... Great view, quiet place, beach is 30 meters away, couple of good restaurants.. The host is super helpful and generous, they also clean your apartment once a day which was very pleasant surprise! The place is hidden gem and deserves more recognition!

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

Absolutely flawless! Great communication and so generous and kind to us. Easy to find Kavos House is stunning - views that are hard to drag yourself away from and a beautiful pool. Everything is spotless and comfortable from the beds to the pool loungers. Very well thought out and lots of nice touches - like a cold box to borrow and Nespresso machine and milk frother for your cappuccinos. They very kindly provided some necessities for arrival which made a huge difference on a Sunday. Short walk to Spilia Bay and then up to Spatachori for even more beautiful views from the Sunset Bar! We will be back!

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Absolutely indescribably beautiful accommodation. The location is amazing - you probably don't need to write more when you see the photos. And the house is very lovingly decorated with a beautiful terrace and a great garden. The amenities are sensational. Everything you need and much more was available in the kitchen. I was also very happy about the many extras, such as Drinks in the fridge, jam and honey, coffee and much more. Really charming hosts. Best AirBnB experience (thanks to amenities and hospitality) I've had. Thank you very much!!!!!

We enjoyed a week at this lovely loft. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes to Preveza city centre, easy to get around without a car. 10 minutes to the mini market as well. The apartment had all basic necessities for us, we had breakfast in the apartment, at all other meals at restaurants. Coffeemaker was a big plus! If you’re looking for a reasonably priced accommodation close to everything this is for you. Great air conditioning, so even though the apartment is a loft, we didn’t notice the heat at all (and we stayed during the heat wave). Dimitrios was an excellent host, very easy to contact and helped us when we needed. Organised a taxi from the airport for us as well. This is a normal apartment, so no five star luxury, but absolutely great for people wanting to relax, be close to the beach and enjoy the lovely town of Preveza. We would come again without a shadow of a doubt :)

We couldn't have hoped for more! Spyridoula made us feel very welcome. She was helpful, friendly and accomodating. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable.. beds were super-comfortable. Waking up to that view was incredible...we will be back!

We LOVE to stay here and be hosted by the best, Harris! We have come three years in a row and Harris feels like family! We have a magical time every summer here. :)

A very nice place. We arrived very late and even delayed but this was no problem at all. Had telephone contact and Chris came to explain to us quickly and escort us inside so we could put our daughter to bed. It was very clean and the private swimming pool was super. Now the second villa happened to not be rented out, so even more privacy, but even if it were, you have enough privacy. Tip for the island: Rent a car. The cottage is a perfect point from which to go in all directions. Any tip is some more tea towels and dish towels for the kitchen.

It was a very nice stay in the low season (mid-May). The terrace is the big asset, as it is in the middle of the action and only a few meters from the beach.

We highly recommend Bikini apartments. Christina was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful with our requirements. There are a few amenities within walking distance such as supermarkets and bakeries. All the best to Christina and her beautiful family.

This place is awesome . New apartments , wonderful location close to the main town but enough far from the mess and noise of Lefkada, next to a beautiful lagoon. You also have a bakery and a mini marked very near. Christina and her husband are very kind and caring . They shared a delicious cake and gave some good tips . Highly recommended !!!

LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

We had a great holiday during our stay. The studio rental is one of the best we've visited, spotless, fully equipped and thoughtful in all the details for an excellent stay. It is located right in front of a perfect sea which allows us to take a dip and return to the beautiful balcony. We were also very happy to meet Mr. Panayiotis. It is certain that in our next stay in Lefkada we will stay again in the same place.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

One of the best apartment for this year. Very beautiful apartment with taste,in an ideal environment. Susanna kind and discreet has made a house perfect. Everything I needed was in the house. Finally, let me mention that the 4 ceiling fans combined with the 3 air-conditions made our vacation wonderful and relaxing. We will definitely go again.

Nikos was an amazing host. We arrived late and he had already put things into our fridge for breakfast the next day. Whenever we need something he was super responsive. The apartment had a great view on the beach in front of the door and had cafes and restaurants right next door in walking distance. Also a parking spot was always easy to find close by I front of the door. We were there with our little daughter (3,5) and we all three enjoyed our stay very much! Also the aircondition was worth having as you could cool down the room on hot days. Wound definitely recommissioned staying here if you are looking for a central place with allot to do directly in front is the door!
