We had a great time in Nairobi and enjoyed the apartment. Everything was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable apartment with adequate room for relaxing. Water stayed hot and washing machine was a huge amenity. Host communicated timely which made for a smooth check in and check out. Will definitely look to book another stay in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect and clean appartment. very easy to reach close to JKIA airport. Benard communicates very well if you have any questions. I loved the place and will come back again.

Fantastic and spacious 3 bedroom apt on 22nd floor - great view over Nairobi and opposite to JW Marriott hotel. safe location in Westlands, easy access to any location via Bolt/Uber. We truly enjoyed our stay and even extended by 2 days. We will certainly come back to this place, once we visit Nairobi again. Fully recommended.

We stayed here because we have friends in the building and also because it is a recommended safe and peaceful location. The flat is high up with lovely views and no high-rises right in front so you can enjoy the vista from the balcony. We had everything we needed. The drinking water container was nearly empty when we arrived but the host had a new one delivery very promptly. The bed we used was extremely comfortable. The pillows weren't (they are massive) but it wasn't a major issue. It's an easy location to come and go from - the security on the gate are friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to shopping centers like Quickmart and others. Our host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information to make our stay comfortable. We were doing some traveling around Africa and this place was a nice break from the hotel-feeling… I needed to feel homely and this place definitely did that for me. Ngabo’s place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do this Airbnb justice it was even better in person. I loved the environment. The area is quiet and serene. No complaints at all. Ngabo was also very responsive and helpful striving to make my stay as comfortable as possible which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this beautiful Airbnb to anyone looking for a vibe and a great staycation within the city. Will definitely be back !

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2025 for work. The flat was exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, secure, and spacious. The hot water and internet worked well. It was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. I was able to do my laundry easily. The compound is very secure. It is a ground floor flat which looks out into the parking lot, so I don’t open the curtains very often. I was at work most of the time so this wasn’t an issue for me.

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊

A very nice serviced apartment with a lovely terrace. Daily very thorough cleaning. Water dispenser. The kitchen has electric kettle, microwave, oven and stove, but there were no pots or pans whatsoever. Maybe we could have asked for them, if we really felt like it, because we were actually upgraded to a slightly larger studio when we arrived. So perhaps the room hadn't been fully prepared. But everything else was lovely.
