We absolutely loved staying here while in Franschoek! The place was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen with clean utensils and plates, walking distance to town, and very comfortable couch! We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Simone and Arno’s place. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and responsive. Simone gave us a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through everything, which was super helpful. The place itself is beautiful—neat, tidy, and thoughtfully set up. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we really appreciated Arno going the extra mile to set it up. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The location is fantastic— close to the beach and close to food stores, yet still so peaceful and quiet. It truly felt like a getaway. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

It is beautiful, modern, clean and spacious. It absolutely exceeded our expectations and it was so comfortable and easy to stay here. Carins Vineyard was wonderful - we stayed 4 nights longer than planned :) The surrounding is wonderful - beautiful wineries, wonderful activities and the winetram is fun :) 60 Min drive to Capetown. But let's talk about this beautiful property: A wonderful swimming pond, friendly dogs, an extraordinary breakfast with selfmade bread and a tennis court. The hosts and the stuff is very friendly, they even offered us to babysit our children that we can have a nice romantic lunch. We also lost one of our phones during our stay and Carin and her husband stood by our side till we got it back. The property is not part of the Winetram, so - no tourist masses. An absolute insider tip. Carin & Johann: Thank you so much for having us - thank you to your great team! We will be back!

We had the best time at Rozenmeer. The house and garden were amazing and the contact with Laetitia was perfect! Also special thanks to Faith who was helping us with cleaning the house; she is amazing! We are definitely coming back next year.
