Super chic apartment, stylishly furnished and equipped. There was nothing to complain about. The property is highly recommended. Restaurants and bakeries are within walking distance in the village. Hiking trails start right at the apartment. Many interesting excursion destinations in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Stephen’s home. Everything was just as described. He was very responsive when we had any questions. Beautiful home and plenty to do around the neighborhood and surrounding towns & villages. Very walkable! We would definitely come back!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We spent a week on vacation with a baby and toddler at Constanze's. Especially the huge family bed and the open layout with large garden made our stay very pleasant. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Constanze and Anita were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great time 🍀

We were on vacation as a small family and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Great accommodation, especially the fly nets on the windows I liked very much, as they are missing in many accommodations. You can hear the highway minimally with the window open. Great location and lots of activities nearby for families. Thank you for everything!

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We were especially surprised by the size and amenities of the accommodation. We lacked nothing. The apartment is located in a quiet location. Nevertheless, you can reach various destinations quickly. We were completely satisfied.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small attentions everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome immediately. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring – a great starting point for excursions. We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.

We stayed with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful place and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. Particularly noteworthy is the spa area: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but honestly, we didn't really miss it. The surroundings offer excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, a place to stay that we can fully recommend.
