The Hut in Radio Kootwijk in a unique location.

On top of the Veluwe massif is the small village of Radio Kootwijk. This village was founded around 1920 around "Building A" in which the long wave transmitter stood for the radio telephone connection to what was then the Dutch East Indies. And later for all intercontinental telephone connections, TOR (telephone over radio). Later connections with ships. Became unnecessary after satellite. About 100 people live here, and there are no stores. In short, a place for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. The tiny house is fully equipped for cyclists (excluding bicycles), but it can be the ideal, quiet base for everyone to explore the beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is fully insulated and has climate control, making it perfect for both winter and summer

The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.
