John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

I recommend Michay's place. The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures. It's in a safe and very quiet environment. I'd like to highlight Michay's kindness at all times, he always responded very quickly and solved some issues that arose during the stay.

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. Our group - 10 people - stayed at Casa Bill in January/2025, the place accommodated our group well. The house was impeccable (cleaning, organization), everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and with facilities close to the house (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). The hosts were super present and quick in all communication with us. Near the date of our check-in, they sent us the information and arrangements about the house (all very organized), as well as important and cool tips about Buenos Aires. It was a great experience!

Incredible house located in a very quiet area of the capital, just a couple of blocks from the bar and club area. The house is a dream really like it looks in the pictures. The only detail is the grill that is very poorly designed. Hosts are very responsive and flexible. I would definitely rent this house again. Regards

The perfect place for a (long term) stay in Buenos Aires. This is the third time I've stayed at Luciano's place. It's cosy, quiet and equipped with all the essentials. The location is great, safe neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. There is also plenty of public transport. Luciano is a wonderful host - friendly, respectful and helpful. He responds immediately and communication is proactive and prompt. All in all, you can't go wrong with this place. Highly recommended!

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

The apartment is very comfortable and is located in an excellent place to get around. The rooms are very comfortable and it's great that there are two Bathrooms! The The kitchen is very well-equipped. Sebastian is a super friendly person! He was flexible with the check-in time, since we arrived on a Monday at 7:00 in the morning and it was possible to check in. He was kind enough to let us check in so early. I definitely recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back on my next trip to Buenos Aires

Very cozy accommodation, easy to get in and out of since it is on the ground floor, ideal if there are children. Very comfortable kitchen. Susana was great by getting us a crib for our son. In the heart of Caballito, with everything at hand. 100% recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable, everything worked correctly, mainly the internet service, the terrace is spectacular by the view and to hang out on a sunny afternoon and a great plus is to have the garage inside the building with security staff. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bus stops and some places of interest such as the park of the faculty of agronomy and the house of Julio Cortázar. I would recommend leaving some spare waste bag as well as some additional roll of paper for the bathroom, it is a very good place to stay in Capital Federal.

We had a great stay! Everything was wonderful and smooth from start to finish. The place was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the design style—stylish and cozy, it really made the space feel special. Would definitely stay here again!

Valeria is very kind, responsive. Very clear and precise directions. Highly recommended. A single environment great for couples. Chacarita is an ideal area to be located when it comes to work. One block away is the subte. Crossing the avenue are the additional bus stops an immense and beautiful park. Nearby places for market shopping. I call myself powerfully the attention of the bathroom. As it should be. Building reception staff a plus.
