Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

It is a large comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen. It was nice to have a washing machine and a large drying rack. It has a nice gas stove, microwave, and large refrigerator. It's not far from Piazza Roma where there are many stores, open air markets, and restaurants. It's a few blocks from a supermarket (COAL) with a good selection of groceries. We kept the bedroom window shutters closed at night because of a bright light on the building across the street. With the shutters closed, it was not a problem. We slept well. We recommend the apartment and would gladly stay here again.

With my partner and our cat we had a beautiful stay in Aldino's house. The apartment is very large, spacious and really comfortable and allows you to settle and move comfortably, keeping every personal item stowed. We and the cat immediately felt comfortable, as if we were at home. The house is located a few minutes away by foot from the seafront and beaches and, although located in the center of Porto San Giorgio, it is at the right distance from the nightclubs: although you can't hear it and at night there is silence. Another value: you can easily find free parking in front of the house. Above all, what really impressed us was the hospitality, kindness and absolute availability of Aldino and his partner throughout the stay: in providing us with information and valuable suggestions and responding promptly to our needs. We had a really good time and highly recommend staying at Aldino's. We'll be back!

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Lucia was kind and caring before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being at the reception with a jug of fresh water and a fruit basket. The apartment matched the descriptions in the listing; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, making up for it with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and in the rooms. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and nearby there is a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger and a tobacco bar. A good solution for a vacation in Grottammare.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Well-kept apartment, perfect for two people, in a quiet setting and in a panoramic position. The center of Sirolo can be reached in 5 minutes by car, more challenging on foot (if you are not fit enough). The accommodation is family-run, and it really felt like home. We definitely had a great week, and we'll be happy to come back in the future.

Annalisa is a professional indoor architect, the house is also finished to the last detail. The full renovation was not completed until June, so everything is brand new and very modern. An automatic air purification system and air conditioning. And very nice touches that she made herself. Painted shoe lights as a coat rack, shelves in the bathroom with very nice details. The lighting was sensational in all areas and also the number of sockets was top; also sockets where you can put a USB cable in. Our hostess is also an artist, so the house is full of homemade works in total different styles. And a very sweet cozy chat stocking is Annalisa too; everything with the translation app, but we did have fun.

My parents stayed in Marisa's apartment during Easter break and had a really great time. Marisa was very kind and helpful from the first contact, providing us with tips on restaurants in the area and also offering to book for them if needed. During the stay, she and her husband stopped by to say hello and brought a cake: a really nice and much appreciated gesture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hospitality was impeccable, always present and thoughtful without ever being intrusive. The apartment is in an ideal location, very close to the sea, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The only small aspect that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, which was sometimes a bit weak. Overall, a really great stay. Marisa and her husband are attentive and welcoming hosts: highly recommended!

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Too bad Cesano doesn't offer much: those who only look for tranquility will be in the ideal place. Returning home, we will miss the balcony overlooking the sea!
