We have now stayed at this property for the third time. Massimo's house is very spacious. It is located in a quiet and rural area with spectacular views of Corinaldo. Massimo and his father welcomed us with touching cordiality. We fully recommend this place.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Mario has always been kind and helpful. He also helped us when our car battery ran out, we called him and he immediately came to help us. The house is perfect for those who own dogs because it is surrounded by a large, completely fenced garden. We and our dogs enjoyed the garden and relaxed a lot. In addition, the house is only 10 minutes from Mezzavalle beach, which is simply wonderful. Thank you Mario for your hospitality

A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with beautiful views. The apartment is sparkling clean, the kitchen has everything you need. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and it was great again. Next year again:) The asparagus were very tasty ! Thanks, and see you soon

Marco's accommodation is very conveniently located, very close to downtown. It also has tourist information in brochures. Everything is very nice and complete.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we didn't see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We didn't use the living room downstairs, we moved the small sofa to the kitchen and rearranged the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen by the window, there is enough signal to watch online TV.

A fabulous panorama with very friendly comportment of the staff especially Catia. I will recommend this place to you for relaxing and passing time with your family or friends.

I booked a two-night stay, arriving late Friday night. We had no problem finding the place or checking in. Unfortunately, the next morning we had to leave. But Roberta and Riccardo were very kind and understanding the situation they changed our reservation to allow us to have a refund for the night not used. We really appreciated the gesture. The location is located in a spectacular place, very well cared for and close to the sea. Too bad we couldn't enjoy this beautiful place more, but surely if we are passing through again we will not hesitate to contact them again.

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well-maintained and comfortable, small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a few steps from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thanks Chiara for helping make our little vacation special!! We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment has a very nice location right on the beach, especially practical is the free parking on the premises. Since we were in Italy out of season, there wasn't much going on and we had our peace. Communication with the hosts was very easy and fast. A small suggestion for improvement would be better basic equipment in the apartment (more plates, glasses, hangers, etc.) We would recommend the apartment immediately!

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.
