Vacation rentals with beach access in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

Amazing view and roof top area with a gym. We had almost the whole building to ourself. 3 minutes walking to the beach and close to anything anyone would ever need. I did for some reason think it was a 3 bedroom as the 2 bedroom sqft is a little tight but amazing set up none the less and would highly recommend as well as great hosts and building staff

Excelente lugar y muy recomendable. Aldahir es muy bien anfitrión había todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. La alberca es riquísima y el personal del edificio es muy amable sin duda esperamos volver! La playa está a tan solo unos pies y la zona es muy tranquila además que hay mucho que comer!! Lo recomiendo al 100

Un lugar muy bonito, sumamente muy cómoda y a pie de playa, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia…. Lo único que no me convenció y que no me agrado es que aparte del pago de la estancia tienes que pagar más cosas y lo cual yo considero que deben de venir ya incluido en la reservación. Consejo: LEAN BIEN LAS REGLAS DE LA CASA!!!

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

The condo met our needs perfectly! The ocean and pools view from the deck was a big plus. The orange/red sunsets over the ocean was superb. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee watching people and activities at the pool. We found it easy to find comfortable spots at the pool and palapas on the beach. The landscaped walkways outside the property made it pleasant to walk to restaurants and other services or just exercise and ride bikes. Bucerias is accessible by taxi but could easily be walked to along the beach. Awesome seafood and a large bazaar for shopping can be found there!

Nos sentimos como en casa, departamento lindo, con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar, la alberca frente al depa fue nuestro lugar de relajación después de un día de playa, pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en familia sin duda vamos a volver.

This condo exceeded our expectations!! Tere was very responsive to our questions and requests and prompt with her replies. We would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

My wife and I and our two teenage kids stayed here for a week. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Tiki. My son really enjoyed sleeping on the bed upstairs in the palapa and my daughter was in the very secluded pool whenever we were at the house. Very easy to get to from the airport and only a block away from the beach access point. The area is quiet being at the other end of town as the centro but because it’s such a small town it’s very easy to walk to the centro where all the action is, passing all the other restaurants and shops along the way. The house is also on the same block as Pepe’s food tour at Bici Bucerias which I highly recommend. Good coffee there too. Perfect house. No need to look for another place, this is it

Muy bonita la casa, lugar tranquilo y agradable. La atención de la anfitriona súper buena muy atenta en todo momento.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and being such a wonderful host from the minute we booked to our last day in Mexico! We appreciate you so much!!! Five star experience without a doubt!!!

Nos pasamos un excelente fin de semana. La casa es muy cómoda y limpia, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia en familia o amigos. El jardín con asador, la alberca climatizada, de lo mejor. Ya es la segunda vez que vamos y volveríamos sin dudar.

Excelente Propiedad, es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, super comoda, realmente te hace sentir que estás en casa. Tiene lo necesario para preparar tus propios alimentos. Cada detalle de la casa es increíble. Las amenidades del condominio son excelentes. La Atención que te brindadn es oportuna y rapida. Sin duda regresaremos con ellos. We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! The place was spotless with clean facilities and easy access to Vidanta. The pool was incredibly relaxing, and we were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — such a convenient touch. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Departamento Facil de llegar... A la entrada el personal muy amable, en la recepción son rápidos y con instrucciones precisas.... Muy bonito, amplio, cuenta con todo lo descrito, la piscina grande, suficientes camastros. Con excelente vista a la piscina y al mar. Excelente para descansar y disfrutar en familia... Sus Anfitriones muy amables, responden rápido a cualquier duda-pregunta. Lo recomendamos ampliamente...!!!
