Vacation rentals with a sauna in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

Joaquin's house is excellent for enjoying La Cruz. The kitchen is very well equipped for families and the views from the living room are spectacular. The oceanfront location is excellent for exploring Banderas Bay and there is Uber service and other apps to get around the area. We hope to return soon!

Amazing stay! The views where beautiful, also a + if you’re going with family and want to be away from all the inclusivity of the city. The only slight problem is the drive from all the restaurants but other that that it was a 10/10

Would stay again. Location was perfect, very walkable and beautiful views. Great food near by, building was secure, and pool was great. Hosts were very responsive when minor issues occurred.

Beautiful place, carefully decorated, super-equipped, spacious and quiet. The area and the beach are very nice.

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Our stay was excellent! The place was immaculately clean, very well equipped and exactly as described in the publication. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but in a quiet area to rest. Communication with the host was quick and very friendly, always willing to help us with any questions or local recommendations. The apartment is very clean, with a modern design, and the views of the marina are incomparable. The pool on the roof is very nice. A recognition to the gentleman at the entrance, I don't remember his name but really, from the moment you arrive, he lets you know that your stay will be very pleasant. The place is on 10/20.

Breathtaking views of the bay and the marina. Additionally the unit looked down on the pools and beach making it convenient to see our family from above. Quiet and safe. Thank you Betzy for your proactive and timely communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is beautiful, it has an incredible view, it is very comfortable, the building is beautiful, it has incredible pools. We would definitely go back. Super recommended.

Maritima is a FANTASTIC!! The condo is SUPER spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space inside or outside. And stunning balcony and rooftop views! The entire property is well laid out with tons of seating options by the pool or ocean. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The downside is the location itself on the boulevard. Grocery and restaurants were a minimum 15 minute walk. Taxis are quickly available for 200 pesos each way. It would have been helpful if Richard made a booklet for guests with information re: grocery & restaurant locations, path to Bucerias, taxi info, TV info, and how to get more water & toilet paper. Having said that, he was quickly attentive to our questions and we had a FANTASTIC vacation!!

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

We normally stay in all inclusive hotels when we visit PV. Tried the condo and really enjoyed it. Provides a lot of options for restaurants and exploring old PV. we will not hesitate to return to this condo.

Kenny's condo is absolutely luxurious. The photos don't even capture the true beauty of the apartment. The views of the Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the enormous balcony can't be beat and the furniture and art is well selected. Each room is climate controlled, the kitchen island is immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The pools are huge and entertained our toddler for hours. Kenny was responsive to all of our needs and even suggested a wonderful private chef to cook for us on our last day. Note that it is a fairly steep hill to get to the apartment building, but the climb is absolutely worth the views. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

Quiet place, very comfortable, we will definitely be back.

It is a very safe area, ideal for the protection of the family. It has two access filters: one at the entrance of the residential area and another upon reaching the private one where the house is located. It is important to have a car as the property is somewhat away from shopping centers and beaches. The house is just as shown in the pictures, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Also, the host was very friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.

We had an incredible stay. The unit matched the photos and we loved having the daily ocean view. Beach and pool access were just right downstairs so super convenient. Loved being able to hear the ocean waves at all times of the day. No complaints. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
