The house is very nice, spacious and well-equipped, with AC, kitchen utensils and linens. Noelia and her husband were very helpful and kind during our stay. They have security and administrative staff who take care of visitors' needs. It is 5 minutes from Pelicanos Beach and 10 minutes from Malecón de Altata, close to restaurants. It has its beach club, swimming pool and beach furniture, and you can even cook at the house and make a bonfire on the beach. Suggestions for improvement: include two towels per occupant (for pool and beach use and another for daily bathing), include a brush in each bathroom to clean the bathroom, improve the quality of the internet. What we loved: recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and local contacts for food, and their willingness to make our stay comfortable. Setbacks: Visiting neighbors who do not respect the rules and are very noisy late at night, however the complaint was resolved.

The living set has access to the bay, you can do activities such as paddle board, Kayak, hay Volleyball court and pool

The place is amazing and features extra amenities at the location, pools, volleyball court, among other amenities. The apartment is excellent, very clean, and organized, internet, cooking utensils. It was a weekend getaway that we really enjoyed, the apartment is equipped with the necessary things to enjoy it and has a very nice view of the beach to watch the sunset. The facilities are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly, always attentive in case you needed the bicycles or firewood for the campfire at night, the host was always attentive and responded quickly to our questions

Nice and quiet place for the weekend

The apartment is very nice, very clean and well-equipped. The private facilities are in very good condition and there were many activities.

The place is great for rest however it is an area where it stagnates The water and there is mud and the feet sink a lot so when carrying children it becomes complicated that they can really swim in the bay, it is only achieved certain minutes a day that the tide rises and you have to walk through mud to the sea to find hard sand and that they can find Peofundity enough for swimming. The house has all the basics but it does lack maintenance and that they deliver it cleaner, however it is enough for a family of 4-5 people if you are going to disconnect and rest, because there is no wifi or tv.

It was worth the getaway, I recommend taking a bottle of wine for the sunset and a good coffee to enjoy the sunrise from the terrace, very nice and if they are very cold, take an extra blanket, a great place to rest and relax, if you are looking for a better way to see the other way.

Check-in was later than we planned, we had a small issue upon arrival as we arrived after the administration shift change (8 pm) and they did not comment on our arrival, but we contacted the host and resolved without further ado. The apartment is on a 4th floor and is one that has the best view towards the complex and the beach. We were in the pool and made use of the roof garden (you have to book it 1 day before in management, we didn't know, thankfully it wasn't secluded and we were able to use it). The apartment is super comfortable, the sheets are clean, the airs are working properly and the kitchen has everything you need. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the stay, and we will definitely stay again here again, thank you so much for the Milagros service!
