Divine place. Something expensive so as not to have breakfast service or maid included but it's still worth it

Nice apartment, spacious in a lovely house with a wooded courtyard. Comfortable and well-equipped. close to the river, main street and center. It was Alicia, co-host, who welcomed me. Friendly, welcoming, the advice she gave me was very helpful. A lovely stay, thank you!!

We went with my wife to spend 5 nights and enjoy Concordia. The place is a single environment inside the owners' home, but on the other side of the garden so there is privacy. It is very nice, spacious, ventilated and bright. Just as it looks in the photos and description. Susana is very friendly and available. There are bars, restaurants, markets very close to walking. Even a few blocks from the waterfront that is wonderful. We would definitely come back. Recommended to go as a couple.

Nicolas' place is amazing, the wifi was great and the house was spotless! Nicolas was a spectacular host, and Yeni treated us very well. I would definitely go again!

We really enjoyed it, it's as quiet and pleasant as shown in the photos. Too bad we went during the rainy season so we couldn't use the grill since it's not covered. I recommend it 100%.

A good accommodation and cost benefit. The floor makes a little noise that bothers, but nothing serious. Clean and comfortable place. Very kind and helpful communication

I stayed only for 1 day, but the place is clean, big, well equipped. Bathrooms were impeccable and still exactly in front of a supermarket, which makes it too easy. I highly recommend

We loved the place as soon as we entered it. The location is so peaceful and together with the ambience of the house, it made our stay super comfortable. Jimena was great as the host and responded to all our queries. The house is very well maintained and had all the amenities.
