Great stay near Bandera. Very close to restaurants, groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, and the huge porch is the best for star/deer watching.

From the very first contact in October to our arrival in April, communicating with Dario was exceptional. Everything was "Top Notch" throughout the entire process, making our planning and stay smooth and enjoyable. The property was pretty much as described in the listing. It offers plenty of room for a family that needs space or for those planning a family gathering. The home met our needs and expectations over a 3-day stay for a family wedding in the Brackettville/Ft. Clark Springs area.

Our family enjoyed the all the family friendly games the host home had to offer & the open atmosphere.

The place was great. The Medina River was beautiful and a blast. The wife and kids while i fished. We will be going back!

We loved our stay here. It was quiet and private, as the house is located on a dead end street with no thru traffic. The interior is spacious and tastefully renovated, and the master bed is super comfortable! I need to know where yall got your pillows and linens! The backyard set up is awesome as well, complete with a grill, cozy fire pit, swinging chairs, and lots of room for the dog to run around. We even saw some deer! There’s not a lot nearby, as expected, but there are a few restaurants and a local grocer that has all of the essentials; the nearest HEB is about a half hour away. Michael is a friendly and responsive host. He answered our questions right away via Airbnb message, which is exactly what you want as a guest. Overall 10/10 stay, would recommend and hope to come back in the future. Thank you!

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

Zenaida saved the day when I needed a last minute accommodation due to a cleanliness issue I encountered at a local hotel. She responded within minutes and graciously extended an offer to book. She gave clear communication about everything needed to access and operate the amenities in the apartment. The fashion it was decorated in was so cute, it was very clean, and it smelled heavenly. She was extremely responsive and available to help and was very professional at all times. Furthermore, the neighborhood was very peaceful and felt safe. I slept like a baby. The pricing was amazing given the privacy and size of apartment, and value of what was included. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I was ever in the area again and highly recommend any of her units :)

We always rent from Backroads when we are in Bandera. This was a new property for us to stay in. It was super cool, very clean, And within walking distance to everything. Check-in was seamless. They are very communicative if you need anything I highly recommend any of their properties!!

Best place to stay when in Bandera. Right in the heart of downtown Bandera. Right across the Cowboy Bar. Beautiful place that makes you feel at home.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The beds were comfortable, the space was tidy, and the modern decor was gorgeous. We loved how walkable it was to downtown Bandera’s shops and restaurants! We can’t wait to come back when we visit again!
