James's place was perfect for our stay in Sutton. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and the snacks James's left were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and there were extra linens and pillows if needed. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend James's place for anyone staying in Sutton.

It was like you were hanging out at your grandparents house while they were out of town! Mainly, I'm referring to the nostalgic VHS experience, as well as the vintage touches in glassware, etc. There were also modern features to appreciate (smart TV, furniture, and comfy beds). Sublime location for any event in Courtland!

It's a cozy, comfortable house within easy walking distance to most points of interest in Red Cloud. It was plenty of space for two adult couples. The host generously worked us to modify our schedule and delay checkout when adverse weather forced us to stay a bit later in the day. It was a low-stress stay, just what we were looking for in this part of our trip.
