Vacation rentals in Noyemberyan

Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour ce magnifique séjour. Le cadre était tout simplement idyllique pour quelques jours de tranquillité. Nous avons profité d’un bon barbecue, d’un moment de détente grâce au sauna et à la douche extérieure. Les chambres étaient parfaitement chauffées, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous leur sommes particulièrement reconnaissants pour leur aide précieuse suite à la crevaison d’un pneu, ainsi que pour les indications données pour le changer. Les hôtes, tout comme le jardinier, ont été très disponibles et accessibles en cas de besoin – un vrai plus, merci encore ! Petit conseil : pensez à apporter de quoi manger (comme nous l’avons fait pour le barbecue), et assurez-vous que votre voiture peut rouler un petit moment sur chemin non goudronné. Mais pas d’inquiétude : les hôtes sont là pour vous accompagner si besoin. Et enfin, une mention spéciale pour Givorg – merci pour tout !

Расположение напротив парка, хороший многоэтажный дом, продуманный интерьер, подборка книг по искусству, вертушка с классической музыкой. Огромная гостиная, спальня с отдельным туалетом. Окна до пола. Все отлично! Хозяин контактный и предупредительный. Собаки которые ладо по ночам неотъемлемая достопримечательность Дилижана. Обязательно подружитесь с ними. Но не забудьте беруши. Рекомендую это жилье. И кафе Losh рядом.

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

Beautiful cosy warm home. Unfortunately it’s was cold, wet and snowy when we stayed in April but we were very comfortable and warm in the hobbit hole. It’s not directly in town but everything in Dilijan is spread out anyway and taxis are cheap and easy to book with gg or (y)andex so it’s not a problem.

I am deeply impressed by this stay, I can’t remember when last time I saw hotels / glam pings with such great organisation, attention to detail and so on. Artem is super responsive and friendly and the site and accommodation is totally great: food, hot tub, activities, the territory, it’s all beyond comparisons. Thanks a lot for everything !!

Magnifique appartement, très propre et très agréable avec le balcon qui donne sur la nature. Gros plus: dans cet appartement a résidé le compositeur Babajanyan et j’ai pu jouer sur son piano! Excellente expérience !
