Loft vacation rentals in Novi Vinodolski

The place was great, clean, and fully equipped for everyday needs, and much more. Since we arrived early, because we were traveling with a grandmother allowed us to wait by the pool, we were taken to the reptile and prepared an apartment, which was very nice. We had the opportunity to walk on 3 different reptiles where we were mostly alone or macimalne 10 people and most of it was great. The missing store in the village was not a problem. There were big groceries within 30 minutes by car and a grocery car went to the village every day. The host notified us about everything, and we even got tips on where to go or shop. The place was great to relax, relax, and even with a little grandmother it was a very pleasant vacation. A really beautiful place and a great host.

The accommodation was as described and very clean. On the terrace it was possible to watch a beautiful starry sky at night. We were looked after by Ivana. She is super friendly, very helpful and always available. Wiir were able to entertain us very well in German. Thanks Ivana :-)

We were very pleased with the place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. All necessary materials were available and much more, such as a straightening iron and shower gel. We felt right at home! The projector for watching TV is a highlight in the apartment! Communication with Katja also went smoothly. She replied quickly and helped immediately with any questions. Her description contained a lot of helpful information about the apartment and its surroundings.

Simply perfect! The house and apartment are very new, lovingly and tastefully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay has really been thought of. The kitchen is a dream, you can really cook and not just warm up warm food. The terrace is very cozy and has a nice view. There is also a large awning that automatically retracts when it is too windy. Communication with Marijo was very nice, always very helpful and also proactive. The welcome and care by his lovable parents were incredibly nice. The apartment is situated just outside the noisy center of Novi Vinodolski, which is very pleasant. Beautiful beaches and an excellent restaurant (Marengo) are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very nice loft under the roof. The owner is very kind and eager to give a lot of recommandations. We stayed there after a day in Krk and enjoyed a nice evening with a beautiful view.

Very nice central apartment with a lot of love for detail.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was perfect in every way and far exceeded our expectations. The house has a very good location, the center of Opatija is only a short walk away, several swimming options are within minutes walking. The apartment itself is even larger than it looks in the photos, is very high quality and was spotlessly clean. There are three separate sleeping areas (each with a large double bed, a private bathroom). The apartment offers several balconies with fantastic sea views. Another highlight is the large terrace "behind the house" with a private hot tub, large grill, another kitchen in the small annex and seating at a large table. There is a fixed parking lot at the house, which can be easily accessed. For people with reduced mobility, it could be a shortcoming that the apartment is only accessible via some stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Nadija and Marko's, the attic apartment is well equipped. You can see everywhere from bathroom to kitchen that high-quality components are installed, lots of wood, friendly, traditional but also modern and clean. You feel at home, except that when you walk out the door you are right in the beautiful old town! Their recommendations rounded off our stay, whether the good bakery at the end of the alley or the bike rental with which we were satisfied. We will be happy to come back!
