L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Our house at the foot of the Modena Apennines is inside an old village, a former paternal residence from which it takes its name "Saturno". The villa, located in a beautiful hilly area, is spread over 2 levels with a floor area of about 150 square meters. On the ground floor, there is the living room with TV and sofa, plus a kitchen. Going up the stairs we find a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom, plus terrace overlooking both sides of the Apennines.

Loft/Attic located in the city centre, adjacent to the historic Piazza Garibaldi, the beating heart of Parma. The attic was designed by a renowned architect, who has made this space unique. Dista circa 25 minuti da RCF Arena, struttura all'aperto per concerti e spettacoli. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga, circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.
