In the close neighbourhood you can find following: Whole year operating modern swimming pool just behind the building(close only during school holidays) MC Donalds is 5min walking distance Hypermarket Tesco openend till midnight is also 5min walking. Shopping mall in Tesco, beer&pub restaurant Patronsky pivovar is 10min walking

Small but cute apartment, just 15 min. by tram to the centrum. There are two separate rooms. One bed room with double bed and next one living room with kitchen's part. In living part of this room is sofa what is possible change on comfort doublebed. So there is capacity for 4 persons but ideal is just for couple. Parking is free and available without problem in front of building on public place. We are quite street where on one side are houses. Apartment's windows are oriented to no-street side.
