My experience was wonderful! The place is exactly as described, very clean, organized and comfortable. I was very well received and felt at home throughout the stay. The location is great and the service is super attentive. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Let's go… Quiet beach even at the time we went, which was from 12/29 to 1/5 because only residents are there. At most, people would walk along the beach!! Wonderful! Very well located apartment.. Everything very close, Havan, large market, small market, stationery store, lots of things, pharmacies, bakery, everything can be reached on foot. Super airy apartment!! Big windows!! Great size rooms and spaces.. Well positioned building garages including for large car. Gas-heated water on all faucets and showers!! The barbecue is complete with all the utensils! Well-equipped house!! Hot tub with hot water!! Perfect pool table… Finally.. everything perfect!! Best impossible!! We will definitely be back!! 🥰

The days we spent were wonderful. The house is impeccable, wonderful structure, everything of great quality. Larger space than it looks, home in a high place, with a view to the mountains, with a delicious jacuzzi. The river across the street is amazing to refresh. Overall it was a wonderful stay, Seu Nilson's reception and attention was great, very helpful. I recommend it 100% and I want to come back many times.

Me and my friends love the house! Comfortable beds, great showers, everything clean and organized. The complete kitchen, the gourmet area as well. The clean and super warm pool, we enjoy until the night! It was wonderful, we will definitely come back more often. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The apartment is excellent, large, everything is in great condition, the rooms, the furniture and appliances. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, you don't need to use a case for anything, there is a restaurant, pharmacy, market, shopping, all about 1 to 3 minutes on foot. The host was kind and communicative, always responded very quickly and helped us when we needed it. I definitely want to come back more often!

We had a failure in the communication between me, owner and company that manages the property, but it was resolved. The apartment is super equipped, good location and clean! Great cost benefit!

The place is wonderful, cozy, quiet, we just loved it. The accommodation is on the side of the highway, but very easy to walk to the beach. I recommend it!

Very cozy place, in the AP had everything we need. It was very clean and all organized. The location is great and has a side door in the garage with access to the beach.

Very nice, cozy apartment, we felt at home as soon as we entered. The only orientation is for those who have a sports car, the garage has a very steep ramp and the car will end up threading, so it is worth looking for a private parking (including one next door). Plus, just great!

The stay was great, the host is super nice, cooperative and kind. The house is as described. I loved the house with a pool, it added to the beach days. I highly recommend it!! Congratulations!!

The location is excellent, on the sea court. It has bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, etc. all close by. Adalberto served me wonderfully, always quickly and a lot of cuts. The apartment corresponds well to the one shown in the advertisement and everything was right. The only negative point is that there is a PZmall on the corner that the music, although not very high, you can listen and can get in the way of a little sleep and this didn't end up disturbing us.
