the accommodation is very nice and it is located in a beautiful setting. It is very quiet, without vis-à-vis thanks to the foliage of the trees. Transportation is close by.

we had already stayed a week two years ago in this apartment in a very good location while being quiet, with beautiful amenities: sauna, hammam and fitness room. bright large clean beautiful decor two TVs and equipped kitchen... nothing missing we recommend

We stayed for three nights at Greg's place and unfortunately it rained almost the entire time so we didn't have the chance to use that amazing balcony. The location next to the Tram was perfect. We bought a 3-day pass and used it on the tram, bus and metro. Toulouse is an AMAZING city to visit and Greg's place is ideal for being out of the center but still feeling like you can pop down to the center anytime. Greg was great to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Impeccable cleanliness, quiet residence, furniture & equipment made available at the top, in short everything to have a good stay in this beautiful region of Charente Maritime (be careful not to confuse it with the Vendée😜). Comfortable house for a vacation for 6. Marie France and Bernadette are responsive. A hitch with the heating on arrival but which was resolved. The house is easily accessible from the port by bike or on foot. Good point for the well-enclosed yard for our dog because the nearby main road is very busy. We had a great vacation in La Flotte with beautiful weather.

We stayed 7 people in Yann’s apartment. Yann greeted us at the train station and escorted us to his flat which made it completely stress and worry free for us to arrive. It is difficult to describe the apartment…….. perfect doesn’t do it :) Everything is extremely well organised and designed and we immediately fell in love with the place. It is out of the centre but it takes only few minutes with the tram and there are a few nice restaurants in walking distance. We where looking forward to dining out but we ended up cooking at home because the place felt so cozy . Stay here, you want regret it ;)
