Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Manu und Mauro sind super tolle Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist sauber und so wie auf den Bildern angegeben. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es sehr viele Hunde, die natürlich auch viel bellen, aber man kommt trotzdem zur Ruhe.

We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Leandro est un hôte exceptionnel. Il nous a attendu malgré notre retard. Il nous a indiqué comment tout fonctionnait dans la maison. Un panier d'accueil nous attendait avec des produits locaux. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer dans la paix et la beauté des lieux. Le centre-ville est à 15 minutes en voiture. Je recommande cette location sans réserves.

Titel: Traumhafte Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer Bewertung: Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – wir konnten jeden Morgen mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwachen und den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der persönliche Service: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Nähe zum Strand war ideal – nur wenige Schritte und wir waren am Wasser. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Bewertung: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Haus welches mit allem eingerichtet ist was man braucht. Aussicht und Lage sind ein Traum, jedoch ist ein Auto wirklich empfehlenswert. Giulia stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hatte gute „Insider-Tipps“ für nicht so bekannte, aber aus diesem Grund sehr ruhige und wundervolle Strände und ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Check-in war flexibel und einfach.

Die grosszügige, helle Wohnung mit tollem grossen Balkon ist im 1. Stock in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. In der Wohnung hat es Alles was man braucht inklusive tolle Bücher über Sardinien. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria. Für die Einkäufe ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Das urbane Cagliari kann man mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus ereichen. Der Flughafen Cagliari ist ca 20 km entfernt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und problemlos sowohl fürs check-in als auch für Tipps und Ratschläge für die Umgebung. Gerne wieder :-).

Serena ci ha accolti come amici, la casa era pulitissima e completa di tutto il necessario, la possibilità di avere un’ampia zona esterna dove fare la doccia e mettere tutto il materiale è un grande vantaggio. La terrazza esterna è ampia e permette di cenare tranquillamente. Zona chiusa da un cancello e quindi sicurezza assoluta. Il mare con una splendida spiaggia è ad appena 120 metri. Posso solo consigliare il posto
