Excellent stay in a very nice accommodation! The hot tub did us a lot of good, especially since the weather was cool! The owners were very friendly and considerate. Really no complaints and we'll be back sometime😊!

Happy and warm week. Very bright accommodation with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere. Nothing is missing to live your vacation well, everything is clean. It is missing a microwave and a kettle; eco-friendly fireplace is required. The photos were well taken as the trees have since grown on the panoramic view. Hot tub very welcome. Safety improvements offered especially for children: missing railings throughout the basement including behind ping pong, sliding door of the 1-seater bedroom, ... Beautiful area with many remarkable activities and sights.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic holiday home. It is a really superb and special place. Very peaceful, set at the end of a long drive, amid the beautifully restored farm buildings of April’s home. Although there is one other gite on site, you would not know because the site is so spacious, and surrounded by greenery. You are entirely private. April was extremely friendly but did not interfere or impose herself. She was very relaxed about the entire property. She made some excellent recommendations of where to visit. The house itself had everything you would want, and is equipped to a high standard. Outside there is a barbecue and pizza oven, and lots of different seating areas and furniture. We made use of the pool and hot tub which are also really privately located. The annexe is also superb, although we didn’t need it as there were only 2 of us. You are about 2.5 miles from Sarlat, so we walked in, or drove in. Overall a superb place: we wish we’d booked for a further week!

Excellent stay at the cottage in between! We enjoyed the calm and the spa, it was very relaxing. Our hosts were very welcoming. Recommended.

We were absolutely delighted with how our host Paul renovated an old stable in a quiet location on a huge property. Old building fabric and modern building technology (heat pumps, floor heating, wallbox, etc.) were perfectly combined with each other. There was always enough space at every point in the house. The spacious rooms with antique furniture, each with their own bathrooms, met our expectations. Thanks to underfloor heating, the rooms were always perfectly air-conditioned and hot water for the shower was always available. The large kitchen and its furnishings left nothing to be desired. Positive mention should be made of the utility room with second fridge, washing machine and dryer. We often enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was always very well tempered in October. Paul was always responsive. There were no problems. A clogged filter in the jacuzzi was repaired in no time. Loved it so much. We want to come back

Romain's place is located in the middle of the vineyards, perfect for resting and enjoying a quiet environment. Bergerac is only 10 min away by vehicle and many chateaux are to visit nearby. The accommodation is perfectly clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great! Location/ house/ kitchen equipment! Location is absolutely great as it is 5 minutes from everything! Just one remark on the mattress for us to soft but it is up to habits! Definitely worth the money!! We will be back for sure ! 👍🙂

It went very well. Jacques was kind and welcomed us very warmly. He told us places to visit and gave us a very good homemade jam.

Very nice discovery for us that this accommodation is in the heart of an equestrian center. The place is peaceful and relaxing, in the heart of the Périgord forest, many walks of all durations are accessible on foot and suitable for children (the simple tour of the center through the forest is very good for younger children). The view of the decorations and the forest from the cottage is stunning. Muriel is a welcoming host, caring about the comfort of her guests. And of course it is possible to practice horseback riding, our children were able to do an introductory session with a walk in the forest with a competent and attentive instructor. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Delightful and well-equipped gite in very peaceful and relaxing location. Would be great for kids. Excellent base for lots of activities and history (and pre-history). Franck and Anne are charming, interesting and helpful hosts.

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

We had a great weekend in the countryside at Helen and Jim's. The house is lovely, our hosts are pleasant and available, and the surrounding countryside offers great walks!

My Son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great friendly welcome from Marilyn and Peter, nothing too much trouble etc. Could do with a bigger bath and a more powerful hairdryer, everything else spot on. Thank you.

We had a great time in a quiet and beautiful place. We especially enjoyed the pool area which is very nice and well appointed. The spacious park allows you to have a good quiet time and good walks. A relaxation area and games consisting of several sports equipment makes it possible to diversify the activities inside of the site. We recommend this cottage which is a very good value.

Very nice accommodation with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms in an old house surrounded by vineyards. Complete calm and very good communication with the owners. For sunny days, the pool is a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at Chloé’s place in Le Périgord Noir! The house was absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated, comfortable, spotless, and located in a stunning spot. Chloé and her father-in-law Pierre, who was on site, were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Pierre was especially friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the charm of the region. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special stay in the area.

We were there during a stormy and rainy few days. This was a comfortable place to wait out the weather. The kitchen is amazing. It has everything and more.
