Monthly Rentals in Nosy Sakatia

I spent four nights at Marylin’s beautiful beachfront bungalow, and it was an amazing experience. Marylin arranged transportation for me all the way from the airport to the lodge which made things easy for me. The location is stunning, with just a quick 10-minute boat ride to Nosy Komba to see lemurs, chameleons, and more. Marylin and her son, Sam, were wonderful hosts, and their nearby main house was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals. The property’s three friendly dogs added to the welcoming vibe. Marylin also arranged an unforgettable excursion for me to swim with whale sharks! If you’re visiting Madagascar, don’t miss staying at Marylin’s place—I’ll definitely be back!

Laurence was an incredibly flexible host. We had to change our reservation a few times and she was very understanding of our situation and very accommodating to our needs. Her place is also so beautiful and very very clean. We loved our room and patio with a view. It was very relaxing and comfortable. We spent one day there and hiked for a little over an hour to the other side of the island. The hike was incredible. We saw so many different things on the way and it was really worth it. We met two local boys on the way who decided to guide us. The other side of the island has the beautiful white sand beach and turquoise water. You could spend a whole day there and then hike back. The beach at the side of Laurence’s place has the sea turtles that everyone visits sakatia to see so we also swam there for a bit and enjoyed it. But we highly recommend the hike to the other side of the island.

We had an outstanding stay. Sonia and Thierry went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had the best possible stay. The staff were also amazing and very friendly and attentive. When it came time to leave, we wish we had booked for longer. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing and peaceful break in this part of Nosy Be. Will visit again soon I hope.

We stayed in Ditra's house for 2 weeks. Ditra wasn't there, but Rosa took good care of us. We had a very nice stay. You have the option that Rosa cooks something delicious for you. Alternatively, you can also cook in the kitchen yourself if you like. The cottage is super nicely located on a rock and we find that it looks even nicer in real life than in the photos. We were very impressed from the moment we arrived. The island is super nice. In front of the house there are several small beaches where you can go snorkeling and swimming. But also hikers will get their money's worth. There are very nice walks through the woods to the summit of the island. In summary, one can only say that whenever you need help or need something, you will receive support from the hosts. They make the stay easier. We enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!
