A great private house for your stay in Samara. An easy 5 minute bike ride to town or the beach makes the location convenient. the neighbours are friendly. The backyard overlooks the jungle book so it feels peaceful. The hosts as well as property manager, David are always responsive to any problems. would definitely stay here again

What can I say except for wow! I thought it wouldn’t live up to the photos (like so many airbnbs) but it was exactly like the photos. It was extremely hot during our weeks stay but the villa was such a perfect retreat for us as a family of 4. It was the perfect mixture of privacy but with a small boutique hotel feel. Plus it was super safe with cctv/electric gates etc. Super walkable to so many restaurants/bars/shops & of course the beach! Jacquie was super helpful for all our needs & questions. I would highly recommend this villa & any others on the complex if you want to luxurious stay in Sámara.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

My family’s trip to Nosara was a bit complex and Love and the team were absolutely amazing in supporting our needs to get to our vacation - wow! The communication is A++ the location is A+++ and the option for a small or large party/family is A++++ We loved the pool, the location between the two brilliant beaches. We chose to walk on our trip and was delighted to find taxis when we wanted to check out Largata Lodge for a brilliant sunset. Love the host and her team are amazing. Communication with Kevin and his family was good, respectful and attentive to help and respond quickly, clarifying any doubts. The place is very neat, clean and private. Close to places of interest such as restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and beaches. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Laird’s home. The location is absolutely perfect! Just steps from the market, restaurants, and of course the beach! Everything we needed was provided and perfectly accommodated our group of 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and noise was minimal. The outdoor space was great for relaxing in the pool and playing games at the table in the evening. Would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back soon!

The house is superb and very well located a few minutes from Samara and Carillo beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with private bathrooms. Only small downside, the neighbor's rooster sings very early in the morning and in various situations...but we get used to it with time. Galileo is very responsive as well as Sandra. I would highly recommend this house. We had a good time there.

This place was pure magic. Close to playa pelada and some great restaurants and the little bodega store. Our two families loved the separate living spaces that were just interactive enough. The concierge service was a great help in getting local recommendations and booking excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Where to begin with my applause for this place! Lovely abode, tucked away in a little jungle oasis but a mere 10 minute walk to the beach & bars etc. Bikes on site which is a fun plus, beach chairs, cooler, scuba gear and more fun toys to enjoy at beach or in the great pool that was so refreshing to jump in after a salty beach day. There is also a washer and dryer that works great, countless different towels to use for pool, beach and showers. The bed was extremely comfy, the bedroom stays nice and cool, the shower has hot water and the porch is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or evening. Communication is super quick and helpful. We will most definitely return, and bring friends and family to enjoy this wonderful spot. We love Villa Espeval!

We had a great stay at Alfredo’s place. His local guy, Odir, was super responsive and super helpful. The only caveat is that you share the entry and pool area with the larger house that’s “right there”. We had a great experience with the other family that had rented the bigger house, so all was good. But if you didn’t get the right group, it could be unpleasant. Otherwise wonderful stay overall. Thanks!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Julio, our host, was exceptional—by far one of the best hosts we've had in Costa Rica. He was responsive, generous, and showed great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a great place where we felt so lucky to have landed! The Villas are off the beaten path but still so close to everything in Samara town. We were thankful to be able to walk to and from the beach without having to spend much time on the busy town roads. The property is wonderfully maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our rental was furthest from the road and wonderfully private and quiet. We were delighted to be treated to so much space both inside and out. It included a large private covered patio with comfy furniture and a large dining table. Inside, the beds were all comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and clean up meals and there were 3 AC units that made our stay there totally comfortable.

The place is spacious, clean, and nice. It has a beautiful large pool. We had smooth communication with the owner. We had a great time on our vacation and were grateful to be able to bring our pets

Being able to wake up, sit outside in the cool breeze, watch the sun rise and listen to the Howler monkeys and wildlife wake up every morning is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful experience. In addition to hearing the ocean waves crashing against the shore. This place was the best part of our trip! Oh and the beds were so comfortable that was worth its weight in gold! This was an amazing location!

We booked this place last minute and Victoria was super helpful with recommendations! We only spent a short time there but we were super happy with it!!!

The accommodation is detached house and is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean, private atmosphere. The facilities are top notch, they hardly show any wear. The beach (Playa Honda) is 3 mins walk. It is very calm, has black sand and beautiful palm trees surrounding. Apart from local fiahermen occassionally, it is not visited often. Enjoy the sunset of your life! Tidal waves can be very high and strong, but you can find the right time to swim there. The estuary of a clean river is nearby, offering a nice short hike (south from the house on the beach). The next beach tonthe North is Playa Junquillal is more frequented by people, and there are some facilities. Ideal vacation for a family with kids to enjoy the sea and plan a trip to other areas of Guanacaste. Mark, the host is available promptly, should there be any questions.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay in this unique home. Really enjoyed the space. Gerardo the caretaker was lovely and very helpful. Ate several times at his family restaurant! Is quite a quiet area so was helpful when Joseph helped us hire a car to explore the area.

The accommodation is the same as in the photos, the house is very bright, clean and tidy. It has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The rooms are spacious and with enough beds to accommodate large families. The fact that it is in a condominium makes the house very safe. The pool is very cool and the children enjoyed it very much. The roads in the area are unpaved but in good condition, only the last 2 km to reach the condominium are somewhat bad, but by driving slowly a car can enter. Playa Frijolar is 5 minutes away and is very nice. I recommend this accommodation 100% for your vacation, Yanci was very attentive and prompt with her answers.

Family of 4, loved our stay. Good location near beach and town, kids had a great time in pool, backyard was a perfect place to relax, house had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Cristin’s place is the amazing sanctuary in Nosara I was looking for. It was perfect for my stay with strong WiFi I was able to work all week and walk to the beach at the end of my day. Centrally located near all the best Nosara has to offer. Cristin was a super responsive host and was extra accommodating when I needed support. Could not recommend this spot more!

Our stay at Casa Blanca was everything we could have hoped for. The view and pool were spectacular and taking in the sunsets from the patio was our favourite way to end the day. Highly recommend bringing in Mauricio for a private meal and exploring Marbella for lunch at the Tiki Hut.

Very nice villa, clean, private, it is in a fairly new development, some new construction around, security guard at the entrance, the monkeys pass directly into the yard, everything is in place for a nice stay. Only soft bé, the road to get there is quite arduous.

Excellent service and house, I'll be back there any time, it's worth every minute in the house and the service is super good.

A beautiful place with incredible views and surroundings. The sunsets in the evening were spectacular. We were very lucky to have a very loud family of howler monkeys on the property that we saw in the trees a few days of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and each bedroom had air-conditioning which is definitely needed. We stayed at the house during the Olympics and on day 4 the tv stopped working completely. Mariam was amazing and brought us another tv within hours. The location is isolated from the main town Nosara and the track up the mountain is very bumpy and not paved at all; you definitely need a 4x4. There were thunder-storms every day early evening which were amazing to watch. The concierge service was first class. Miriam organised a chef to celebrate our friends 50th (the food was incredible) and gave us lots of recommendations for excursions. Would highly recommend.
