New deck & patio completed in May, 2024! 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee and Lake Geneva. A little over an hour from Chicago and Madison. Pontoon not available in 2026. You can rent by the hour at the local marina. ~$600 for 6 hrs.

Quaint house originally built in mid 1800's centrally located in downtown Waterford on the Fox River. Perfect walkable location for summer festivals, concerts and boat launch for Lake Tichigan. Approximately 100 feet of Fox River frontage. put our canoe or kayak in and take a leisurely trip down into historic Rochester and Burlington. Finish the night with a campfire!
