Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Northern Mindanao

Large clean beautiful apartment with excellent air con. Very helpful hosts. They organized a car and driver to explore the region. Good location - very close to the public market and a mall. A Jollibee and a good pizza place are also nearby. Located on a bit of an underwhelming side street but you soon get oriented. Has a washer which could be handy but I didn’t ask about using it. If you prefer a ver soft bed this might not be the place for you.

I recently stayed at Homepoint Bachelor’s Rental Pad and had an amazing experience! The unit was spacious, modern, and perfectly located near S&R . The place is very good for group trips. Our group had a great stay and Ms. Joy is very accommodating.

Just ensure TElevision is alwyas availabe as per our stay it cannot be turner on.

Nice place and very good host

Ms Rose's place is perfect if you are new to CdO. Location is very accessible and convenient - just few walks to major malls in the city, infront of a provincial hospital. No problem if you will commute to tour the city - will only take you one motorela/jeepney/taxi (just outside the tower) to your destination. The unit was clean, homey and stylish. Airconditioning works very well, was cold both at the sala and the room. There were also kitchen equipment and utensils you can use if you decide to stay home and cook your own meal. Communication with Ms Hazel, the one who met me before check in was nice and responds immediately. No towels and toiletries were provided though so please bring them with you if you are planning to stay at her unit. Overall, I had a hassle free and pleasant stay! Thank you ❤️

L's Cozy Home provided a delightful experience during my recent stay at their condominium. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the array of amenities available. The host's attentiveness and warmth made me feel immediately welcomed and ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the comprehensive entertainment setup. The TV not only offered HBO Go and Netflix, but also had a wide selection of channels, providing plenty of options for unwinding after a long day. This level of entertainment choice was a pleasant surprise, as it's not often found in other condos. Moreover, the thoughtful touches extended beyond entertainment. Free water and snacks were generously provided, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The eco-friendly bathroom set was another highlight, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability without compromising on comfort or quality. Overall, L's Cozy Home exceeded my expectations.

Nice place to stay at when you’re looking for a place in downtown since everything’s walkable! SM, Robinsons, and the Ayala mall is a quick 5-10 min walk (or if it’s hot - can ride a tric instead). There’s a swimming pool as well as a gym inside if you’re looking for one. They have towels, and toiletries, and even a clothing iron.

This is my 3rd time renting this place, and it never disappoints! I love how spacious it is — perfect for family or group getaways. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a clean and cozy vibe, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Always a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Ivy's place is a great place to stay. We were welcomed by her mom as we arrived at their place. We were told that the place is their residence and they are still living at the ground floor but it still feels like home and we have a good rest at night since the place is inside the village. We love how peaceful, private and safe the place is. Perfect for our family who have senior citizens and person w/ special needs family member. Everyone in our family also had a great time chitchatting w/ Ma'am Feli (Ivy's mom). She was so nice and accomodated us so well with all our request. Ivy also responds quickly with all our needs even though I booked the place night before our arrival. We will definitely come back to their place the next time we'll visit CDO.

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

Very friendly host, tended to our every inquiry. She is always very responsive and quick to reply. Provided us with unexpected needs like toiletries, ingredients and even flowers etc. She has excellent service and just overall an amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided slippers and towels, which made us feel right at home. Having drinking water available was a big plus, and the place was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed for a hassle-free stay. The water heater worked perfectly and was easy to use, which made showers super enjoyable. The smart TV and fast internet connection were another highlight, we had no issues streaming movies or watching YouTube, which made for relaxing evenings. Most importantly, the hosts were exceptionally accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. That extra flexibility really made a difference. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

My stay here was all worth it. A 1 month training that is very exhausting, when i came home, i can really feel so relaxed. The host was so responsive both via this platform and te xt messaging. When I checked out, i can say that i felt sepanx. So it means, i was really home for the days i was in. This is highly recommended y’all. Soon if possible and available, i would like to book this place again.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.
