I had been there before for a 1 day stay. It is a beautiful place and since I had to be in Mindanao for the holidays, I thought it would be a treat. I went there as a solo traveler. 3 days later I was hosting a traditional Philippines Christmas Party complete with a Lechon. 3 days earlier I had dinner with some new, local friends and we came up with the idea of a party. As soon as I mentioned it to Mary Joy, she presented me with all kinds of options I didn't know the hotel offered. 3 days later at little cost (relative to western standards) we had an event! I have never had such an experience at an Airbnb. I can't remember interacting with Mary Joy without hugging her. It is almost trite to say I was treated like family - but I was. Cannot reccommend the MJF Hotel highly enough..

The place is nice also the resto serves good foods which are authentic arabic cuisine, just a little too expensive for overall rates, anyhow must try for family staycation. Thank you!!

Had a great stay at Lanzones Cabana. Easy to get here from the airport as the cab drivers are familiar with the place. There is also parking space for you esp if you will rent a car during your stay (much cheaper if you're a group). There was an island blackout during our stay and the water supply was off due to the generator not having batteries but good that this was fixed before we left so we still had time to bathe. Wifi was not working from Cabanas 7 onwards so we relied on our 5G signal. The place is good for 4 but a bit cramped if you'll stay there to chill. Otherwise it's all good if you're just gonna go home to bathe and sleep. We appreciate that towels are provided and water heater is available. Common bath is not too safe for girls though (door can be unlocked and can easily peek through) so I suggest you just shower inside the cabana. Overall, the place is good and we had a restful stay. Will definitely stay here again tho we might try their cabin suites next time.

Everyone should try staying in Hideaways. The place was as vibrant as the people! And oh, breakfast was simply satisfying, too!

The place is easy to find and nearby areas where you can get other necessities. However, the place do not provide extra pillows if you need one and they do not have restaurants inside or breakfast to offer.
